WHO IS THE VINTAGE MART?
The Vintage Mart is the vision of founder and creative force Debbie Ann. An avid collector since 2007, Debbie has been selling rare and unique clothing and accessories from the 1970s to the Y2K era since 2014. Selling through her own small woman owned business, Love Rocks Collective (Love Rocks Vintage & Love Rocks Modern) she sources show-stopping pieces for stylists, celebrities, costume designers, and global movie production powerhouses like Universal Pictures.
WHAT IS THE VINTAGE MART?
The Vintage Mart is a curated shopping destination featuring rare, unique & one-of-a-kind vintage clothing and accessories.
Alongside vintage, shoppers can explore Y2K, designer, handmade, and upcycled fashion for women, men, and children.
Founded in South Florida, we will be expanding to other US cities & states, while championing sustainability and circular fashion.

PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK!
- Entrance is through GATE 2, 10901 24th St (Coral Way), Miami FL 33165
- Follow Gate & Parking Attendants directions
- Follow all Signs, Speed Limits & Traffic Laws
- Watch for Pedestrians
- Park in designed area
- Remove all valuable & Lock your Vehicles.
- If you are fined or towed or sustain any harm, loss or damage, it is at your own cost/expense.
- No Overnight Camping or Sleeping is allowed at The Vintage Mart or The Venue
The Vintage Mart is hereby waived & released of any & all responsibility or liability to any person/s or person/s property to loss, damage, repair, expenses, harm, injury, or death if choosing to park at your own risk at our Vintage Marts & Venues!
- The Vintage Mart belief is that we can make a difference.
"Save the planet" means to take action to protect Earth's environment and ecosystems from threats like pollution, climate change, and resource depletion, ensuring a sustainable future for both humanity and the natural world. This involves addressing issues such as reducing waste and energy consumption, transitioning to renewable energy, protecting biodiversity, and managing natural resources responsibly, ultimately fostering a healthy planet where all life can thrive.

What are the key aspects of "saving the planet"?
Protecting the environment:.
This includes safeguarding the air, water, land, and oceans from pollution and degradation.

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle: Make a conscious effort to produce less waste.

Look at your own practices and look to buy Vintage & Pre-loved, replace all single-plastic (packaging, bags, to-go containers, cutlery, cups, wax paper or wax lined cups, straws, styrofoam) with compostable, recycled or paper products.
The Vintage Mart our own vision to shopping Vintage and Preloved which is slow, sustainable and keeping it circular. Keeping items out of our landfills and helping our planet.
We chooses to support small businesses,
women-owned businesses, and local businesses.
We choose to use local small businesses to help, create and buy Made in USA.
We provide each Ticket purchase with a Reuseable Shopping Bag that can be used at our Vintage Marts and after.
We focus on 3 R's - Reuse, Recycle & Reduce.
Support other Small Businesses, Women Owned Businesses & Local Businesses
Provide a platform to highlight and educate others to benefits of shopping Vintage and Preloved.

- No Pets
- No Hazardous or Toxic substances
- No Smoking, Vaping or E-Cigarettes or Marijuana/Medical Marijuana
- No Illegal Drugs
- No Outside Food or Drinks - The Venue has full rights to all Food & Drinks
- No Camping or Sleeping at the Venue or on the Venue grounds or property.
- No Guns or Weapons, Concealed Weapons, No Knives or Pocket Knives, or anything that would be considered a weapon.
- No violence or disorderly behavior.
The Vintage Mart & The Venue have full rights & sole discretion to refuse service & remove any & all person/s from the Mart or Property for any reason, without refund!
The Vintage Mart is held rain or shine!
If there happens to be any emergency, delay, cancellation, unforeseen circumstance/situation or act of God, The Vintage Mart, The Venue & other Government or Offical Authorities (Police, Security, Fire Dept etc.) has sole right & discretion to take any & all actions needed to ensure the safety of all person.s. This does not imply or constitute that any refund (whole or part) will be given or refunded to any person/s including but not limited to Attendees, Vendors, Sponsors, Staff, Contractors etc. The Vintage Mart incurs significant expenses & costs to produce The Vintage Mart, including but not limited to securing the Venues, entertainment, food & drinks, advertisement, marketing & promotion, permits & vendors and the Vintage Mart and is held accountable by such services and companies for payment of such. We will take any & all actions available to us, to hold the Vintage Mart as scheduled, but sometimes things are unknown and out of anyone control and may fall under an Act of God!
ALL TICKETS ARE SOLD AS NON REFUNDABLE!
- If you do have an emergency or there is an emergency follow the Emergency Plan, as outlined below:
That said, in cases of severe weather or if any State Issued evacuation is made or required for public safety, we have full rights to act, respond as needed.- The Vintage Mart will follow all State, City & County and other essential Departments (Police & Fire) directives to ensure a safe environment for all.
- The Vintage Mart is inside a 49,000 sq ft Air Conditioned Pavilion - we will operate rain or shine!
That said, in cases of unforseen circumstances, acts of God, severe weather or if any State Issued evacuation or any other evaluation, delay, change or evacuation is made or required for public safety, we have full rights to act, respond as needed. The Vintage Mart will follow all State, City & County and other essential Departments (Police & Fire) directives to ensure a successful Mart and a safe mart for all.
If such happens, any refund or rescheduling would depends on a number of factors including The Vintage Mart, The Venue, and all other things associated to the costs to the set up & organize & produce the Vintage Mart. We are still liablie to pay others. Each situation would be assessed on a case by case and there is no guarantee, given or implied to any rescheduling, refund, partial refund.

Yes, the Venue has ATM's on site for use!
Yes, the Vintage Mart is providing Security/Police as required by The Venue & Miami Dade County & Permits.
YES, we plan on giving out random Gifts, Free Samples and Giveaways during The Vintage Marts.
Conditions will apply, and no $$$ value will be given in place of the Gift, Free Sample or Giveaway!
The Vintage Mart has full rights to use the Gifts, Free Samples & Giveaways and persons & persons "image" to winning/receiving in our Marketing, Promotion & Advertising in any media format!

Yes, food and drinks (including Alcoholic Drinks) are able to be purchased during the Vintage Mart.
Operated & under the Venue own Food & Drink Licenses.

TO BE SERVED ALCOHOL:
All persons must provide a Government-issued photo Identification for service and consumption of Alcoholic Drinks!
No Underage Drinking or persons buying and giving or providing alcoholic drinks to any underage persons!
NO DRINKING N DRIVING!
REMEMBER TO DRINK RESPONSIBLY!
ASSIGN A DESIGNATED DRIVER AND/OR CALL A UBER/LYFT RIDE TO ENSURE YOU GET HOME SAFELY!

We, The Vintage Mart and The Venue, do have full & sole rights to refuse to serve drinks to any persons for any reason!
Yes, alcoholic drinks will be available.
FRIDAY - SHOWGIRL ACCESS - SIP N SHOP, will include TWO DRINK TICKETS with each Ticket Purchase of Legal Drinking age with proof of Government Issued Photo Identification, including your choice of:
. 1 Drink - Prosecco, Wine (Red & White), Canned Cocktails, Beer, Soda & Water. Bar closes at 5 pm - 1 hour prior to closing!
SATURDAY & SUNDAY - The Venue Concession will have Alcoholic Drinks available for purchase during the Mart, operating under their own Licenses.

Yes, we will have our own Showgirl, ADRIANE ROSE providing DJ music and keeping a electric vibe during our exclusive FRIDAY, SIP N SHOP from NOON to 6 PM.
All Sales are FINAL & AS IS!
No Refund, Return or Cancellation on any purchase will be given.
Buyers should consider that they are buying Vintage & Preloved items, and to expect normal and/or vintage wear and condition.
The Vintage Mart cannot make any guarantee to the age, authenticity, or condition being sold at The Vintage Mart.
All Buyers must do their own due diligence when making a purchase at The Vintage Mart from an independent Vendor/Seller.
If you have an issue with your purchase from the independent Vendor/Seller, you need to make direct contact with that Vendor/Seller.
The Vintage Mart is hereby released & waived from any & all liability to any buyer purchasing an item from a 3rd party Vendor/Seller at The Vintage Mart, and to the item not being authentic, genuine, age, or condition etc. including to any exchange, return or refund.
ALL SALES ARE AS IS & FINAL!
MAKE SURE YOU CHOOSE WISELY, TO ENSURE IT IS A FOREVER LOVE!
We expect all Shoppers to show due respect when shopping.
We will not accept nor tolerate any Shoplifting or Theft!
This includes switching or removing Tags, or any damage cause to items.
We are all small businesses, and we cannot afford shoplifting or such losses!
We, The Vintage Mart do have the right to follow any & all Shopkeepers' Rights & Theft Laws, including Florida Statues with rights to taking any & all Legal actions available to us, including the costs of Lawyers and Court Fees to recover the Loss.
Shoplifting in Florida is a CRIME, and can be punishable up to and including:
. Fines
. Jail Time
. Perform Public Service
. Suspension of Driver's License
. Conviction placed on your Background Record
. Misdemeanor or Felony Charges
. Charges up to 3 x the damages plus legal fees.
We, do have full right to detain and search any & all persons, person's belongings, person's personal property if we do suspect shoplifting or shoplifting is in progress.
If you are caught or suspected of Shoplifting, we will report to Police on site and Vendor/Seller can press charges & we also have sole right & discretion to ask you to leave the Vintage Mart and The Venue property, and can be banned from future Marts and The Venue!
If you do see a Theft, or a Theft in progress, you have a responsibility to say something!
