WHO IS THE VINTAGE MART?
The Vintage Mart is the vision of founder and creative force Debbie Ann. An avid collector since 2007, Debbie has been selling rare and unique clothing and accessories from the 1970s to the Y2K era since 2014. Selling through her own small woman owned business, Love Rocks Collective (Love Rocks Vintage & Love Rocks Modern) she sources show-stopping pieces for stylists, celebrities, costume designers, and global movie production powerhouses like Universal Pictures.

The Vintage Mart is a curated shopping destination featuring rare, unique & one-of-a-kind vintage clothing and accessories.
Alongside vintage, shoppers can explore Y2K, designer, handmade, and upcycled fashion for women, men, and children.
Founded in South Florida, we will be expanding to other US cities & states, while championing sustainability and circular fashion.

Admission does help & go towards the costs and expenses of production of The Vintage Mart & also includes Venue, Staff (Venue Liaison, Event CoOrdinator, Ticket Collectors, Gate Attendant, Parking Attendants, Bathroom Attendants, Security) plus Bathroom Supplies, all other Permits, Inspections, Entertainment, Marketing and FREE parking included for all Attendees & Vendors.

"Save the planet" means to take action to protect Earth's environment and ecosystems from threats like pollution, climate change, and resource depletion, ensuring a sustainable future for both humanity and the natural world. This involves addressing issues such as reducing waste and energy consumption, transitioning to renewable energy, protecting biodiversity, and managing natural resources responsibly, ultimately fostering a healthy planet where all life can thrive.

Please look at your own practices and look to buy Vintage Clothing and Accessories to replace all fast fashion, single-plastic (packaging, bags, to-go containers, cutlery, cups, wax paper or wax lined cups, straws, styrofoam) with compostable, recycled or paper products etc. The Vintage Mart chooses to support small business, women owned businesses, local businesses and purchase items/products made in USA products and post consumer waste, recycled, recycleable and compostable.
- We provide 1 Reusable Vintage Mart Shopping Tote with each Ticket purchase. Totes can be used at our Vintage Marts and after.
- We look to promote & educate others to shopping Vintage, which is slow, sustainable, and keeping it Circular! We are keeping items/products out of our trash & landfills.
- We provide a platform that focuses on the 3 R's - Reuse, Recycle & Reduce.
- Support other Small & Local Businesses and Women-Owned Businesses.
- Joining people and our communities together to same vision and focus.
- Opportunity to Shop our Vendors whom choose to Opt In to marketing of their own small businesses.

Each Vintage Mart is held in a different cities, states and venue.
Vendors & Vendor spaces can vary at each Vintage Mart.
Vendor Spaces can range anywhere from 50 to over 100 plus vendors, depending on the Venue.
Every Vendor is carefully selected & curated to fit our vision and to bring a diverse & exciting Shopping Mart to you, our Attendees.

This is a family-friendly Mart and Venue, so all content & products must not offend, provoke, or intimidate any others.
We are creating a community that is diverse and inclusive!
We do not accept international, multi-level marketing, or network marketing businesses that mass-produce items.
We do not accept copying or mass production of any of our Vintage or Artisian Handmade items.
We are not a farmer's market, flea market, thrift store, garage sale, or swap meet!

If you do not have a Social Media presence, we recommend that you create one for your business, if you do not already have an active website or social media presence.
Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok are free and a great way to showcase your products, branding, business, creativity, and of course, you.

This also allows you to reach your own customer base and engage with your own community.
We, do expect all accepted Vendors to market, advertise and promote The Vintage Mart and help sell Ticket purchases and bring attendees to our Vintage Marts.

The Vintage Mart does expect all Vendors to follow all & any Laws for Sales of Goods or Products and collection of any & all Tax's on sales & resale of goods/products or services.
The Florida Department of Revenue (DOR) is the state agency responsible for collecting and administering sales tax. The DOR also handles other state business taxes, including corporate income and fuel taxes.

How Sales Tax Works in Florida
- How Sales Tax Works in Florida
- State sales tax: Florida's general sales tax rate is 6%.
- Local sales tax: Many Florida counties impose an additional discretionary sales surtax on top of the state rate, which can vary by county.
- Business registration: Any person or business selling taxable items at retail in Florida must register with the Department of Revenue to collect and remit sales tax.
- Use tax: The DOR also collects "use tax" on taxable items purchased outside of Florida and brought into the state, if sales tax was not already paid.
Some States or Venues may have different requirements and if required we may require Vendors to have & display their own Resale Tax Certificates to Vend.
If you do have any questions or need advise you must consult your own Tax Lawyer or Attorney directly. The Vintage Mart LLC is not responsible nor liable for any Vendors tax or tax collection or reporting requirements.
Unfortunately, no Vendor is guaranteed a vendor space, due to the sheer volume of applications and limited vendors space available.
We are only able to accept up to the Vendor spaces available at each Vintage Mart.
Complete the Vendor Application and provide as much information about you and your product/s and what you can bring to The Vintage Mart, to increase your chances of being accepted.
That said, we do encourage all new and previous Vendors to apply for each Mart, as we do like to change our vendor lineup to create a fresh & exiciting shopping mart and vendor spaces can come available.
Each Vintage Mart will have its own application, details and deadlines.
All vendors, regardless of status, who have completed their application will be considered, and if not initially accepted, can still be considered if any opening/s do become available or for future Vintage Marts.
All vendor applications are completed directly on the website TheVintageMart.com, with payment, and you are all set!
THE VINTAGE MART IS CURRENTLY OFFERED A PROMO WITH WAIVE OF $50 VENDOR APPLICATION FEE FOR VENDORS THAT APPLY & ARE ACCEPTED, NOW THRU 12/31/2026!
This $50 Vendor Application Fee paid would be deduced from your Vendor Invoice.

Yes, all Vendors are required to apply for & pay the Vendor Application Fee for each Vintage Mart before the deadlines, that you want to be considered.
This allows us to use the most accurate vendor availability, as well as allows new vendors to join us. to keep a fresh & exciting shopping mart for our attendees.
REMEMBER - Vendor Applications DEADLINES are minimum 6-8 weeks prior!
Vendor Application deadlines will be posted in the specific Vendor Application you are applying to.
VENDOR DEADLINES WILL TYPICALLY BE MINIMUM 6-8 WEEKS PRIOR!
We will be accepting Vendors from now till the Mart Deadline.
We will not wait till last minute to accept our Vendors, so we do expect Waitlists.
If you do apply after the deadline, you will be automatically added to the Waitlist.
We may still choose Vendors from the Waitlist, if openings do come available!

If you are accepted, you will be contacted via the email provided on your Vendor Application, ensure you provide a correct email. Check your SPAM!
Once you have been accepted, we will send our Vendor Contract, which will need to be signed & returned and provided a Vendor Invoice that will need to be paid within 24 hrs of receipt, we will contact you to verify you are all set. Ensure you meet all timelines to secure your Vendor Space, otherwise your Vendor Space will be offered to the next Vendor.
NO HOLDS on any Vendor Spaces!
Vendors not accepted, will be placed on our Waitlist!
We may still reach out to those on our Waitlist and would contact you via email you provided on your vendor application regarding new openings & acceptance.
Ensure you provide a correct email, check your email regularly & respond back in timelines required!
The Vintage Mart has sole discretion to all Vendor acceptances for our Vintage Marts and to Vendor Space assignments at our Vintage Marts.
Given the size and logistics of the Vintage Marts, specific space or adjacency requests or special requests can be considered, but are not always fulfilled nor implied nor can be guaranteed.
Once accepted, be sure to check your Vendor Contract and confirm your Vendor details are correct e.g. Vendor Space, additional add ons or opt ins choosen.
If not correct, contact us at vendor@thevintagemart.com and state your Name, Mart, Subject and Invoice Number.
Vendor space layout & map with load in/out details & instructions will be provided to accepted Vendors the week of or at Check In at The Vintage Marts.
It is Vendor responsibility to ensure that you stay up on any & all email communications, and read & respond to the timelines!
Completing a Vendor Application after the deadline has passed will automatically add you to our Vendor Waitlist.
Due to the number of applications, Waitlist Vendors will only receive notification if we have any openings or cancellations and have questions or have accepted you.
We will email those Vendors as soon as possible if you are chosen.
If you do not hear from us, do not give up, you have automatically added to our Waitlist and can still have an opportunity if there is any openings.
Ensure your email is correct and you check your emails regularly & respond accordingly!
Ensure that you designate on your Vendor Application your preferred Vendor Space size e.g. shared 5'x 5', 10' x 10', 10' x 10' premium, 10' x 20', 10' x 20' premium, 20' x 20', 20' x 20' premium or custom.
Vendor Space assignments are at the sole discretion of The Vintage Mart.
Vendor Space requests are not guaranteed!
Understanding that once your Vendor Space is assigned, The Vintage Mart still has the right to make any & all changes or move any Vendor, as needed for any reason whatsoever to ensure all requirements are met and a successful Mart for all.
Any changes would not constitute nor imply a cancellation or refund (whole or part) of any Vendor Fees or extra Vendor Costs paid.
This is to ensure that The Vintage Mart aligns with all other requirements of The Vintage Mart, The Venue and the many other requirements to operate, including consideration to Permits, Laws, Departments & Inspections to operate, including consideration to Public Safety e.g. Fire & Police.
Once approved, you will receive an email with the Vendor Contract, Code of Conduct, and your Payment invoice that will need to be paid within 24 hours to secure your Vendor Space.
NO VENDOR SPACE HOLDS WILL BE GIVEN!
If not signed, returns or payment not paid within the 24 hr timeline, your Vendor Space & Approval will be forfeited and given to another Vendor.
If signed & paid, and received in the timeline stated you along with all other accepted Vendors will receive email from The Vintage Mart to your Vendor Space including Venue Layout Map, Load In/Out instructions, Parking, Vendor Passes etc. as it gets closer to the Mart, this may be up to & including the week of The Vintage Mart or can be at the in person Check In at The Vintage Mart on the 1 day prior Vendor load in.
It is the Vendor's responsibility to ensure you respond to any & all emails and timelines and requirements.
If you do not receive, then contact us at vendor@thevintagemart.com, it is the vendor's full responsibility to contact & follow up if you have not received any & all required Contracts, Invoices, communications or details for your Vendor space. We do not have the woman power to follow up on each Vendor.

Understand that due to our busy Vintage Mart schedule, we receive alot of emails.
If you have a urgent or pressing matter, type - VENDOR - URGENT....in the email Subject Title.
We will consider a very limited number of 5'x 5' shared Vendor spaces. The Shared Space would be in a 10' x 10' vendor space only.
We do feel that we will have enough Vendors requesting 10' x 10 or larger spaces at our Vintage Marts.
If you want to share a Vendor space, with another Vendor you know, that 2nd Vendor will still have to apply & would have to be accepted as well, by The Vintage Mart.
Indicate on your Vendor Application whom the other Vendor is, that you want to share your shared Vendor space with & vice a versa.
There is no guarantee, given nor implied that we will accept the 2nd Vendor whom you want to share the vendor space with.
If you are accepted & the 2nd Vendor is NOT, you have still committed to accept & share a Vendor space with another Vendor.
All Vendors, sharing Vendor spaces are to be respecful and not encroach onto the other Vendors space.
A 5' x 5' shared Vendor Space is within a regular 10' x 10' space so plan your space according, allowing enough adequate walk space for both Vendors.
The Vintage Mart has chosen the best Indoor Venues in USA.
Understanding that each Vintage Mart may be held in different Venues & all Venues may be different and to what we provide to Vendors.

NO REFUND IS GIVEN ON ANY PAID VENDOR FEES, EXTRA COSTS, ADD ONS OR OPT IN PAID!
The Vintage Mart does not provide any refunds (whole or part), reschedule or provide any credits or rescheduling on any Vendor Spaces, Vendor paid fees, Vendor extra costs, Vendor add ons or Vendor opt ins paid!
Payment deadlines are 24 hrs from being accepted & when invoiced!
Understanding that all Vendor fees for each Vintage Mart, do go towards and help pay for the production of The Vintage Mart, including but not limited to the Venue, Insurance, Staffing, Marketing, Promotions, Entertainment etc.
All this is still owed, whether you show up or not!
The Vintage Mart reserves the right to make exceptions in extreme cases at our sole discretion. But that said, we will not tolerate any negative, slander or defamation on or about us, on any platform, to our rights to follow the Policies, Contract, Terms & Conditions agreed to by you the Vendor/s.

Congratulations and how exiting - Welcome to The Vintage Mart!
- Once accepted, you will be emailed by The Vintage Mart Vendor Contract & Code of Conduct that needs to be signed & returned.
- Verify your Payment Invoice is correct and make payment within the stated dealine. If payment is not received, this is forfeit of your accepted vendor space & we have right to offer the Vendor space to another vendor.
- REMEMBER - NO REFUND ON ANY VENDOR PAYMENT, including but not limited to Vendor Space, Extra Costs, Add Ons or Opt Ins.
- Vendors that do not make their payments by the listed payment deadline will forfeit their vendor space to a waitlist vendor.
- Vendors who have been accepted, signed and completed their payment on time will receive an email from The Vintage Mart prior to the scheduled Vintage Mart with specifics
- If you are unable to attend The Vintage Mart for any reason or arriving Late...you must contact us asap.
- If required you may also need to provide proof of Vendor Insurance & Tax Certificates, if required.

The Vintage Mart is Indoors & Air-conditioned pavilion - we operate rain or shine!
That said, in cases of unforeseen circumstances, acts of God, severe weather or if any State Issued evacuation or any other circumstance, delay or change is made or required, we have right to act to the safety of all persons and to the success of The Vintage Mart. We will follow other essential Departments such as Police & Fire to ensure a safe event & environment for all.
If such happens, any refund or rescheduling would depends on a number of factors including The Vintage Mart, The Venue, and all others numerous factors associated to the costs to the set up & organize & produce The Vintage Mart,so at no time is any refund (whole or part), reschedule is guaranteed nor implied for any such needed change, or a cancellation or to any future or rescheduled Vintage Mart.

Electricity
Vendor Electric is not provided to your Vendor Space.
We feel that our Miami Venue does provide adequate amount of lighting for all Vendors.
If you do still feel you need additional Electricity or additional lighting, we do suggest & recommend that you look into bringing your own portable & battery operated lighting.
If you still feel you do need Electric, Vendors can request Electrical drops for additional costs per day.
Indicate on your Vendor Application if you are requesting an Electric drop.
Understand that no guarantee is made or implied, but we will do our best to coordinate, if possible. We will need to coordinated with The Venue & availability and it would be for additional costs per day invoiced to the Vendor.
The Vintage Mart is paying for an on-site Electrician as required by the Venue, but remember that this is a 3rd party service, so The Vintage Mart is hereby waived & released of any and all loss of service, blackouts, loss, harm, damages etc. to any electric or electricity event or incident.
The Vintage Mart & Venue has first right of use of any & all electric & electric outlets that are at any Venue. If any extra electric or electric outlets are then available, it is then on a first come - first use availability!
All Vendors to use at your own Risk!
Do not overload any electric or electric outlet!
Electric safety will be covered in the Vendor Contract!
The Vintage Mart & The Venue are hereby released of any & all liability to but not limited to - loss, damage, harm or injury from use of the Electric at The Vintage Marts or Venues!
Yes, The Vintage Mart is providing Wifi for the Mart.
Wifi User & Password will be shared with Vendors via Vendor information package that will be provided.
The Vintage Mart & The Venue is not responsible or liable for any disruption, lack of service/signal or strength of signal... as this is provided thru a 3rd party service provider.

Yes, all Attendees will purchase Tickets to attend. Ticket purchases are through the Website www.TheVintageMart.com or Eventbrite.
Vendors will be provided with 2 Vendor passes & a Vehicle pass included in their Vendor Space fees.
No copying or sharing or distribution of Tickets, Vendor Passes or Vehicle Passes is allowed!

Yes, the MIAMI Venue has ATM's on site.
The Vintage Mart will be giving away prizes during announced Competitons and also have other Giveaways during our Vintage Marts.
- If you would like to OPT IN to providing Giveaways, Gift, Sample, Free Tickets or Gift Certification please indicate on your Vendor Application, so we can consider your request. All have to be accepted & approved by The Vintage Mart & The Miami Venue.
- We do highly encourage all Vendors to participate in our GIVEAWAYS during our Vintage Marts e.g. Gifts, Free Samples, Free Tickets, Gift Certificates etc. as this can help market & promote your own small business and stand out.

Yes, the Vintage Mart will have paid Security/Police on site, as required by The Venue & Miami Dade County.
The Vintage Mart is held at different Venues & locations and Food & Drink options can be different for each Vintage Mart.

. You will need to present your 1 Drink Ticket provided in your Shopping Tote to be served a Drink.

- Is available for purchase during the Vintage Mart with a Government Issued Photo Identification required to be shown to be served alcohol.
- No purchase of Alcohol for any underage person/s is allowed!
- No Underage drinking is allowed!
